Summary
The Colleague Experience Manager is responsible for all areas of the Human Resources function, including payroll processing, benefit administration, recruitment, colleague relations, counseling, safety, and training/development. This position reports to the Assistant Director of Human Resources and Area Director of Human Resources.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement a personalized colleague onboarding experience that reflects the uniqueness and caring culture of the resort.
Maintain a thorough understanding of all HR functions and collaborate with operational leaders to enhance colleague engagement and reduce turnover.
Process weekly payroll and train new leaders on payroll management.
Lead ongoing development initiatives, including formal learning sessions and colleague feedback discussions.
Promote a proactive safety culture by holding Safety Committee meetings and responding to work‑related injuries.

Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, preferably in a similar setting.
Previous operational leadership experience preferred.
Refined oral and written communication skills to effectively engage colleagues, guests, and partners.
Established experience as a team leader with a proven ability to implement practices that achieve business goals and motivate team members.
Computer literate and proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Adaptability, empathy, and a commitment to enhancing the colleague experience through collaboration and creativity.
