Ocean Spray is hiring for a Supply Planner! We're a team of farmers, thinkers, creators, and doers. Position Location: We're all about flexibility! This will be a hybrid role based out of our corporate headquarters in Lakeville, MA with Mondays and Fridays remote.
In this role, you will support the creation and execution of production and inventory plans to help ensure products are available to meet customer needs. You will monitor inventory levels across distribution centers, assist with deploying finished goods, and track product shelf life to reduce waste. You will work closely with manufacturing, logistics, demand planning, and Global Customer Operations to address routine supply issues and help maximize case fulfillment on customer orders. You will also communicate supply updates to cross-functional partners to keep plans aligned and running smoothly.
A Day in the Life...
Develop the master production schedule for internal and/or external Ocean Spray manufacturing sites.
Maintain accurate supply plans that support manufacturing, distribution, and procurement activities.
Collaborate with production teams to manage scheduling changes related to material availability, supplier delays, or equipment downtime.
Communicate supply constraints and partner with cross-functional teams to develop solutions and maintain an executable plan.
Monitor finished goods inventory as it moves from manufacturing to distribution centers, ensuring appropriate stock levels to meet customer demand while minimizing risk of aged products.
Support the execution of established deployment strategies by creating and monitoring stock transfer orders.
What We Are Looking For:
Required
Experience in MRP & ERP, with SAP S/4HANA and SAP IBP
Attention to detail
Comfortable learning new planning and IT systems
Preferred
Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills
Strong communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills
Expertise in handling datasets within Microsoft Excel
Education:
Bachelor's or University Degree (Required)
Work Experience:
At least 3 Years of Experience
Annual Salary:
$65,700 - $90,310
The base salary range information above serves as a guideline of the position's typical hiring range.
