Centerless Grinding Technicians Wanted in Blaine, MN
Join our dynamic Lightspeed Department as a Centerless Grinder Technician, specializing in prototype work. This role requires hands-on experience with centerless grinding machines, specifically Royal Master or Plunge Grinding (in-feed grinding).
Responsibilities:
Operate and troubleshoot Centerless Grinding Machinery.
Work with thin wires used for medical devices.
Perform through feed grinding and machine operating.
Conduct inspections and interpret blueprints.
Utilize CNC grinding skills.
Troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
Essential Skills:
Experience with Royal Master or Plunge Grinding machines.
Proficiency in using mics, cals, and gages.
Strong troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work with belts and pulleys.
Mechanically inclined.

Work Environment:
Work in a clean and organized facility with state-of-the-art equipment. This role offers two openings, both contract to hire, with a weekend overnight shift from Friday to Sunday, and a 3rd shift from Sunday to Thursday. Training is provided on the 1st or 3rd shift for 2-4 weeks. Enjoy a competitive base pay with a 20% shift differential.

Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $27.60 - $28.80/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
