Mixer

Metallized Carbon Corporation is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Mixer to join our manufacturing team. This role is responsible for accurately measuring, blending, and preparing raw materials according to established formulas and production schedules. The ideal candidate will ensure consistency, quality, and safety throughout the mixing process.
Key Responsibilities:
Measure, weigh, and mix raw materials according to specified formulas and work orders
Operate and monitor mixing equipment and machinery
Follow batch instructions and maintain accurate production records
Inspect materials and finished mixtures to ensure quality standards are met
Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with company standards
Adhere to all safety procedures, including proper use of PPE
Communicate with supervisors and team members regarding production status or issues
Assist with material handling, including loading and unloading ingredients
Support other production functions as needed
Qualifications:
Previous manufacturing or mixing experience preferred (will train the right candidate)
Ability to follow detailed instructions and formulas accurately
Basic math skills (measuring, weighing, calculations)
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Schedule & Compensation:
Full-time, 40 hours per week
Overtime as needed based on production demands
1st and 2nd shift opportunities available
Competitive hourly wage up to $21.00 p/h (depending on experience) Comprehensive health insurance plan, 401k retirement plan, Sick/personal days, Vacation, paid holidays, Life insurance, STD, LTD, AD&D insurance coverage.
