As we grow, we're looking for a Screen Printing Specialist to join our production team. If you take pride in detail, love working with your hands, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.
Job Responsibilities
Set up and operate automatic and/or manual screen printing presses (e.g., M&R, Riley Hopkins, etc.)
Burn screens, register artwork, and mix inks to match Pantone colors as needed
Load/unload garments, align prints accurately, and ensure ink coverage meets quality standards
Maintain a clean, organized print station
Inspect finished garments for alignment, clarity, and defects
Work with the production team to meet tight deadlines and daily print quotas
Assist with reclaiming, coating, and burning screens in the darkroom when needed
Requirements
Experience:
1+ year screen printing preferred (on-the-job training available for quick learners)
Strong attention to detail and ability to work on repetitive tasks without losing focus
Basic understanding of inks, mesh counts, and press registration
Physically able to lift 30 to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and handle heat from dryers
Willingness to learn and adapt in a growing business
Team-oriented, punctual, and reliable
Bonus Skills (Not Required, but Valued)
Experience with simulated process or 4-color process printing
Familiarity with screen printing software or RIP systems
Knowledge of embroidery, heat transfer vinyl, or sublimation
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
