Hiring Range: $21.52 - $22.60 per hour
Position Close Date: April 30, 2026
What You'll Do:
Create positive first impressions by greeting, checking in, and assisting patients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
Deliver outstanding customer service in a high-volume clinical environment
Manage patient registration and scheduling, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Maintain electronic health records (EHR) by preparing, verifying, and updating patient information
Coordinate appointments and follow-ups, supporting smooth patient flow
Verify insurance and eligibility, including DSHS screening and demographic updates
Handle administrative tasks such as answering phones, routing calls, data entry, scanning, and correspondence
Support clinic operations by collaborating across departments and providing coverage as needed
What You Bring:
HS Diploma or GED
One (1) year experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing, or administrative environment requiring accuracy and attention to detail. Medical, dental, or behavioral health front desk experience preferred
Maintains strict confidentiality and handles sensitive information in compliance with HIPAA
Proficient with computers and able to quickly learn multiple systems in a fast-paced setting
Consistently reliable with strong attendance and punctuality
Excellent communication and customer service skills
