Insurance Balances And Collections Manager
Manage and follow up on outstanding insurance balances and collections
Contact insurance companies regarding claim status, payment delays, denials, and discrepancies
Research, correct, and resubmit claims as needed to ensure accurate reimbursement
Work with various insurance payers to resolve billing and payment issues
Once accounts are established, respond to client questions related to balances and billing inquiries
Maintain accurate documentation of all payer and client communications
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex billing or claims issues
Skills: Prior authorization, healthcare insurance
Additional Skills & Qualifications: Healthcare insurance experience, Billing, collections, Prior Auth experience preferred. Needs to be able to work basics of excel.
Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oakdale, MN.
Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
