Insurance Claims Specialist
Manage and follow up on outstanding insurance balances and collections. Contact insurance companies regarding claim status, payment delays, denials, and discrepancies. Research, correct, and resubmit claims as needed to ensure accurate reimbursement. Work with various insurance payers to resolve billing and payment issues. Once accounts are established, respond to client questions related to balances and billing inquiries. Maintain accurate documentation of all payer and client communications. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex billing or claims issues.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
Healthcare insurance experience
Billing, collections, Prior Auth experience preferred.
Needs to be able to work basics of excel.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of St Paul, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
