Job Description
Effectively run plastic injection molding machines within safety and quality standards
Follow all safety guidelines and identify safety problems and support solutions
Pull and set molds from Injection Molding Machines and automation handling
Support set up of auxiliary equipment and material supply to presses as needed
Ensure molds are running within set parameters
Daily process verification
Respond to machine alarms and take appropriate action to resolve issues
Ensure production processes and procedures are in compliance with regulations
Identify quality defects and take corrective actions
Maintain a clean and organized manufacturing area
Perform required quality checks
Material handling to and from machine
Qualifications
Experience in Injection molding or Injection blow molding processing in an industrial environment
Automation experience is a plus
Able to work a 12-hour day or night shift / Continental shifts
Attention to detail and able to handle measurement equipment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
