Travel required - Gas Utilities Implementation Experience: Understanding of Gas Transmission and Distribution operations, crew management, FERC accounting, regulatory requirements, capital construction, and GIS applications. - Professional Expertise with SAP S/4HANA: Hands-on SAP expertise in SAP S/4HANA Work and Asset Management (WAM) with multiple commodities (e.g., electric, gas, water, wastewater), and with knowledge of the other WAM processes (Field Service Management (FSM), Mobility) and SAP ISU (Device/Work Management) with a minimum of 4 end-to-end implementations (two specifically in the Energy and Utilities Industry) from project preparation to go-live as a Management Consultant or Solution Architect.
Nice to have skills:
- SAP Expert Level Process Knowledge: Experience with WAM business processes and workflows, and the ability to integrate these operations processes with SAP and other applications to provide end-to-end solutions. Leadership and Project Management Skills: Team leadership skills, including implementation methods, developing project plans, managing resources, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and required quality standards. • Deep Industry Knowledge: Foundation-level industry knowledge in Energy and Utilities. • AI and Cybersecurity Knowledge: Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence models, their use in SAP implementation and knowledge of cybersecurity and data privacy principles • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English.

Responsible for designing, implementing, and configuring SAP S/4HANA-based Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Plant Maintenance (PM) solutions for clients. Your expertise in SAP S/4HANA EAM will enable you to help clients optimize their plant maintenance operations, improve equipment reliability, and reduce downtime. Works closely with clients to understand their business requirements, design solutions, and implement them using SAP S/4HANA EAM applications
