Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Administrative Assistant to support three Senior Vice Presidents. This role is based in Lanham, MD, with a potential office relocation to Tysons, VA in 2027.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary liaison among executives, employees, and external stakeholders
Manage executives' calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics
Arrange domestic and occasional international travel, including accommodations and itineraries
Track daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly, or quarterly reports
Format and prepare internal and external communications such as memos, emails, presentations, and reports
Take meeting minutes, document action items, and distribute follow-up communications
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
Perform general clerical duties including filing, photocopying, scanning, and mailing
Support special projects and ad hoc tasks as assigned
Qualifications
Education
High School diploma or GED required
Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience
A minimum of 4 years as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative support role
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience supporting senior-level business executives
Familiarity with travel and expense management systems
Experience working in technical, engineering, or operations-focused environments
Soft Skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Proven ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and engage with individuals at all organizational levels
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy of documentation and deliverables
High level of professionalism and discretion
Strong judgment and decision-making abilities
Ability to work independently and adapt to shifting priorities
