What You'll Do:
Process & Troubleshoot: Handle incoming documents like transcripts and pre-registration forms, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Keep Things Moving: Verify applications, resolve errors, and route documents to the correct student accounts.
Deliver Exceptional Service: Be the friendly face and voice for prospective studentsanswer calls, greet visitors, and provide guidance.
Support Operations: Print, mail, fax, scan, and maintain organized filing systems.
Collaborate & Cross-Train: Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless workflows.
Protect Confidentiality: Manage sensitive information with professionalism and care.

Job Related Minimum Required Education and Experience: Requires a bachelor's degree in a job related field and no prior work experience, which may be substituted by an equivalent combination of job related certification, training, education, and/or experience.
Required Certification, Licensure/Other Credentials
Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in admissions, student services, or other higher education department helpful. Knowledge of FERPA, Student Information System (i.e. Banner) and CRM (i.e. Slate) helpful.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Knowledge of the principles, policies and practices of office management. Knowledge of admissions terminology and confidentiality practices. Ability to effectively plan and organize work activities and prioritize task completion according to schedule and goals. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Ability to train other employees. Ability to deal courteously and effectively with the public. Knowledge and willingness to assist students with enrollment related issues. Ability to exercise judgement and discretion in interpreting and applying policies and procedures. Knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Ability to stay focused and on task in a fast paced office, to provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers. Interest in working as part of a complex and exciting team and a sense of humor.
Job Duties:
Job Duty - Process, evaluate, and troubleshoot all incoming documents, to include, but not limited to transcripts and pre-registration documents. Ensure all prospective student documents are available electronically and routed to the correct student account. Assist with application verifying, processing, and troubleshooting errors.

Job Duty - Assist with high qualify customer service front and back-office operations that meet the needs of prospective students and families. Performs other duties as directed.

Job Duty - Cross-train within operations team to fulfill duties and ensure efficient operations. Assist with application verifying, processing, and troubleshooting errors. Print, mail, fax, and scan documents. Maintain filing, create, and/or update documents. Provide accurate timely, and personalized service to all stakeholders, which involves interaction within and outside the university, including dealing with sensitive and confidential information.

Job Duty - Serve as point of contact for prospective students and their families in person, through email, text and etc. Answer incoming calls and return phone calls. Provide general admission guidance and information to callers. Forward other calls involving applicants, requiring detailed explanation about processes or decisions to the appropriate admissions personnel. Greet and acknowledge all incoming students, parents, and families. Provide guidance and information to patrons. Always provide excellent customer service.
