Location: 1430 N. Main Street, Delphos, OH 45833
Shift: 1st shift Schedule: Monday to Thursday / 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM Pay Range: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour

What You'll Do:
Lead the production of innovative upcycled rubber products
Master state-of-the-art mixing equipment
Ensure top-quality products through precise measurements
Participate in our safety-first culture
Share your expertise by training team members
What You Bring:
High School Diploma / GED, or 2+ years of relevant experience
Physical capability to handle materials (up to 55 lbs)
Strong attention to detail and quality focus
Commitment to workplace safety
Team-player mindset
Work Environment & Physical Demands:
This role operates in a high-heat, dusty, and noisy manufacturing setting. Must be comfortable working in an industrial environment. Expect prolonged standing, repetitive movements, and lifting up to 55 lbs. PPE provided.
