We're looking for a skilled welder to join our production team! In this hands-on role, you'll help fabricate high-quality metal structures and components that meet precise specifications. Job Title: Welder
Location: Fairmont & Winnebago
Schedule: Monday
Thursday, 6:00 AM
4:30 PM
Pay: $22.00/hr - $25/hr DOE + overtime

What You'll Do:
Perform MIG, TIG, stick, or arc welding to fabricate metal structures and components
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols to ensure accuracy
Set up and operate welding equipment, grinders, and other fabrication tools
Inspect finished welds for quality and structural integrity
Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of PPE and ventilation
What We're Looking For:
34 years of welding experience (college courses not required)
Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs and work in active, hands-on environments
Comfortable standing, bending, and working in confined spaces
Willingness to work overtime when needed
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
