Qualifications:
High school diploma; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Technology or related field preferred
Experience in computing and informational technology resources, ideally in an educational setting

Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide timely IT Support Desk services to students and staff.
Troubleshoot and resolve support desk tickets, or escalate unresolved tickets.
Maintain district hardware, including but not limited to PCs, Chromebooks, copiers.
Respond to faculty requests for technical assistance within the classroom.
Perform hardware diagnostics and repair for student Chromebooks.
Maintain an inventory of district Chromebooks, peripherals, and replacement parts.
Check equipment in/out to students and staff, with accurate record keeping.
Provide technology support during digital student testing.
Work collaboratively with colleagues and student workers within the IT Department.
Assess district technology needs and recommend best practice tools for educational technology.
Ensure compliance with safety and operational protocols while handling hardware and equipment.
Performs other duties and assumes other responsibilities as assigned.
