This key management position is responsible for all operational aspects of CTDI Branch operations. It includes managing and leading CTDI employees and management staff, overseeing production including technical, logistics, and inventory control operations, and directly interfacing with customers to build positive relationships and develop new business opportunities for the branch. The responsibilities of the position are as follows:

Duties and Responsibilities

Ensure customer service expectations are met, including achieving all CTDI service‑level metrics and quality performance goals.

Generate, cultivate, and communicate ideas for continual improvement of processes and activities across all areas of the operation and lead standardization within the branch operations.

Manage P&L and budget for the branch location.

Monitor and manage all revenues and expenses that impact P&L performance.

Communicate and interact with customers and various internal functional departments (IT, HR, Accounting, Program Management, Quality, etc.) to resolve issues, capitalize on opportunities, and improve business and service performance.

Prepare various reports and analyses as required by the customer or CTDI internal organizations.

Support research and reconcile forecasted financial results with posted General Ledger results as part of the Monthly Close Process.

Support and ensure compliance with CTDI safety programs and initiatives as well as all applicable OSHA and state workplace safety laws.

Ensure compliance with all building security requirements set forth by CTDI and its customers.

Report to the Director of Program Management for a major CTDI customer with dotted‑line reporting responsibility to the Corporate VP of Operations.

Required Experience

Minimum of a B.S. degree in Business Management or a related discipline is preferred.

10–15 years of proven operations management experience.

10+ years working in a high‑volume distribution, 3PL, manufacturing, technical service (e.g., testing and repair) or forward logistics operation.

Experience fostering strong coaching relationships and advancing employee development initiatives.

Advanced understanding of Project Management principles and the criticality of deadline prioritization.

Highly skilled at managing a challenging workload, prioritizing tasks, and consistently meeting deadlines.

Profound customer interaction skills coupled with effective communication abilities.

Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data‑driven decisions.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, and Project), report preparation, and data analysis.
