Assembly Floor Manager
A manufacturing company is seeking an Assembly Floor Manager to support daily operations within the Assembly department. This role is hands on and based on the shop floor, working closely with operators and supervisors to ensure production is running efficiently and on schedule.
The ideal candidate has experience in assembly or a similar manufacturing environment and understands how production workflows operate. This person will help keep processes organized, ensure accurate job tracking, and step in to resolve issues that may impact production.
This is a key role for someone who is organized, detail oriented, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts while supporting a fast paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Support daily operations on the assembly floor
Ensure jobs are properly tracked and completed
Work directly with operators and supervisors
Help maintain smooth workflow and production efficiency
Identify and resolve issues impacting production
Ensure accuracy of production details and processes
Qualifications:
Experience working in an assembly or manufacturing environment required
Strong understanding of shop floor workflows
Highly organized and detail oriented
Strong communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
Comfortable working in a fast paced, hands on environment
