Production Technician
Plastipak Production Technicians maintain and operate equipment to manufacture a variety of plastic containers in a clean and safe work environment. Associates take pride in maintaining our high standards of quality products and our positive team culture.
Pay: $23/hr, plus shift premium for nights
Schedule:
Days: 6:30am-7pm ?? (3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off)
1st Shift: 6:30am-3pm (Mon-Fri)
As a Process Technician, you will:
Operate blow molding production equipment in a safe manner
Monitor production and make adjustments to equipment, as needed
Perform a variety of tasks, such as inspect and remove plastic containers with visual defects or packaging products for distribution
Grow your knowledge and skills through a wide-variety of training and on-the-job experiences
To be a Process Technician, you'll need:
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
Able to use basic hand tools, such as wrenches, hammers, screwdrivers, etc.
At least 1 year Mechanical/Technical experience in a manufacturing setting
Physical requirement includes ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation
