What You Will Do
Material Movement: Load and unload trucks; utilize material handling/packaging equipment; distribute material to internal plant locations; transport product with or without carts.
Inventory & Kitting: Fill orders per Bill of Material (BOM) requirements; kit-picking; conduct cycle counts and record results; recognize and resolve inventory discrepancies.
Shipping & Receiving: Unpack, verify condition, count, and receive incoming materials; package and ship materials per instructions; build and break down boxes.
Technical/Admin: Identify parts by markings, color codes, and labels; utilize computer systems for inventory transactions, labels, and labor charging; assist in generating Non-Conforming Material (NCM) reject tags.
Support customer service window; process basic material requisitions; maintain packaging supplies; train other employees as assigned.
What You Will Bring
1 year experience in logistics, shop floor experience is a plus.
Basic understanding of logistics and supply chain principles.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Outlook).
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
$21.63/hour - $22.60/hour Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.
Work Requirements
This role is considered an on-site position located in Phoenix, AZ. You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours. Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Secure Facility: must adhere to all on-site security and authorization policies.
