Patient Service Representative (Full-Time)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:30 PM
Pay Range: $19-$21 per hour

We are seeking an experienced Patient Service Representative to join our team. This role supports both our Columbus and Dublin offices and requires 2-3 years of healthcare front office experience. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, organized, and confident in a fast-paced environment.

How will you make an impact & Requirements

What You'll Do
Patient check-in/out , appointment scheduling, and daily front-desk operations
Answer and route incoming calls; assist with patient questions and concerns
Support walk-in patients with professionalism and clarity
Verify insurance coverage and collect co-payments
Identify patient needs and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives
Maintain accurate and thorough patient records
Follow urgent-call protocols and escalate when needed
Meet performance goals in a high-performing, team-based environment
Provide excellent service to patients and internal team members
Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements

2-3 years of healthcare front office experience
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
Willingness to work between both office locations
Experience with scheduling systems and insurance verification preferred
