Manufacturing / Printing Location- Spartanburg, SC 2nd Shift 2:00pm-12:00am Job Summary Hire Dynamics is seeking a Machine Helper to support high-speed printing and finishing operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This entry-level position plays a critical role in maintaining production flow, quality, and safety while learning industrial printing processes. Successful candidates are dependable, mechanically inclined, and eager to grow within a world-class manufacturing organization. Key Responsibilities Production Support Assist Machine Operators with setup, operation, and changeovers Load and unload paper, materials, and finished product Monitor equipment and report jams, defects, or irregularities Stage materials and maintain workflow efficiency Quality & Safety Perform visual inspections for color, alignment, and defects Remove non-conforming product during production runs Follow all safety procedures, including PPE and lockout/tagout Maintain a clean and organized work area Material Handling Operate pallet jacks and material handling equipment Stack, wrap, label, and move finished product Verify job paperwork and production counts

Qualifications Required Ability to stand for extended periods (812 hours) Ability to lift up to 5075 lbs with assistance Willingness to work rotating shifts, nights, weekends, and overtime Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
