Job Summary Hire Dynamics is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Prep Machine Operator to join a textile facility. This role is responsible for operating prep machinery used in textile production while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Operate prep machines to prepare yarn or fabric for weaving and finishing Load materials and ensure proper machine setup and operation Monitor equipment performance and product quality throughout production Make basic machine adjustments and report mechanical issues as needed Follow all safety, quality, and production guidelines Maintain a clean and organized work area Work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Job Requirements
Qualifications Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred Textile experience is a plus but not required Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks Strong attention to detail and quality Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Willingness to learn and cross-train
