Finishing -Machine Operator Rotating Shifts Pay & Schedule Pay Rate: $16.76 per hour Shift: Rotating Shifts
Qualifications Must have prior dye/finishing experience. Must have awareness of PC hardware components, desktop operating systems, and software applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access). Should possess strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Able to interact effectively with management, staff, vendors, and customers; able to work independently and/or as part of a team. Must be able to lift 50 lbs and operate motorized equipment (fork trucks, tuggers, etc.). Must be able to comprehend and follow work instructions. Must be able to work in extremely hot climate conditions. Must be self-driven.
Responsibilities Operate each job in the department according to established procedures. Follow written and verbal instructions from department leaders. Maintain high housekeeping standards and ensure a safe working environment. Ensure first-quality product is produced at all times. Perform basic maintenance on equipment (lubricating, cleaning, tightening, etc.). Perform scheduled cleans on equipment and work areas.
