
VP, Commercial Credit Administration Officer

Leads and is responsible for the Bank's commercial credit administration team. Oversee the daily operations of the credit team, ensuring accurate, compliant, and efficient processing of the credit approvals for commercial loans. Manages and monitors team performance for accuracy and workload capacity to fulfill service level expectations. Assists commercial loan officers in credit analysis and credit approval packages. Interacts with auditors, examiners and compliance to assist in Bank reviews and ensure changes or recommendations have been implemented as directed. Supervises, coaches and develops staff for effectiveness and career growth. Supports the SVP, Chief Credit Administration Officer with policies, underwriting guidelines and meeting regulatory compliance requirements.

EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Economics from an accredited college or university.
Minimum of 5 years commercial loan credit experience required; including supervisory or team leader experience
