The Opportunity
Are you a Salesforce Admin who is tired of just "resetting passwords" and wants to build a career in System Architecture? At Allentown, LLC, we don't treat Salesforce as a siloed sales tool; we treat it as the heartbeat of our enterprise data strategy.
Reporting directly to the
Director of Enterprise Architecture , you will be responsible for the technical health and integration of our "Revenue Stack." You will ensure that data flows seamlessly from the first lead in Salesforce to the final contract in PandaDoc, eventually feeding into our ERP and being visualized for executive leadership in Domo.
Key Responsibilities
1. Technical Administration & Governance
Salesforce Architecture:
Manage all core CRM configurations, prioritizing high-performance
Salesforce Flows
and automated business logic.
Integrations & Data Flow:
Technical ownership of the "handshakes" between
Salesforce, PandaDoc, and Domo . You will ensure the Data Connector is optimized and that metadata is mapped accurately across platforms.
System Integrity:
Partner with the Director of EA to implement strict version control, sandbox management, and data governance standards.
ERP Synergy:
Support the technical sync between the CRM and our back-office ERP to ensure financial and operational accuracy.
2. Business Enablement & Strategy
"Smarketing" Support:
Act as the technical consultant for Sales and Marketing teams, translating their operational "pains" into scalable technical solutions.
Advanced Reporting:
Build and maintain complex dashboards in
Domo , providing a 360-degree view of the customer journey.
Document Automation:
Optimize the
PandaDoc
environment to reduce friction in the closing process while ensuring all legal data "writes back" to Salesforce correctly.
Who You Are
The "Systems Thinker":
You don't just fix a bug; you look at how the fix affects the entire data ecosystem.
The Technical Admin:
You prefer "Clicks not Code" but are highly proficient in Salesforce Flow, Validation Rules, and Data Loader.
The Data Enthusiast:
You understand relational databases and have a passion for turning messy data into clean, visual insights.
Required Qualifications
Experience:
2-4 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration.
Tool Proficiency:
Experience (or a strong desire to master)
PandaDoc
and
Domo
(or similar BI tools like Tableau/PowerBI).
Location:
Must be able to commute to our Central NJ office.
