Hotel Guest Room Attendant
The Sacramento Marriott located in Rancho Cordova is seeking friendly service-oriented Guest Room Attendant to join their team! If you're passionate about hospitality and enjoy working in a fun, fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Hourly Pay Rate $19.72 Overtime eligible.
This position is responsible for ensuring that guest rooms, hallways, and public areas throughout the hotel are clean, well-maintained, and inviting. The role supports various housekeeping functions, including working as a Guest Room Attendant, Houseperson, Lobby Attendant and in the Laundry department as needed.
This role requires schedule flexibility, including weekends and holidays. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to outstanding customer service are essential for success in this position.
Previous Guest Room Attendant and/or Houseman, Lobby or Laundry Attendant experience in a full service or limited service hotel or similar job experience preferred. Must be willing and able to perform all housekeeping duties. A flexible schedule is required, including availability to work morning (AM) shifts, weekends, and holidays. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellent guest experiences. High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Must be 18 years of age or over. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills. Experience working in a team orientated environment. Relevant military experience in a comparable capacity.
