Shipping Coordinator

Aerotek - - Responsibilities: Coordinate and process outbound shipments using FedEx, freight, ground, and air services in accordance with company procedures and applicable regulations.; Prepare and verify all shipping documentation, including labels, packing lists, and export paperwork, ensuring accuracy and completeness.; Manage export shipments, ensuring compliance with all relevant export requirements and aerospace and military regulations.; Perform shipping and receiving functions, including checking incoming goods against purchase orders and verifying quantities and condition.; Accurately enter shipment data, tracking numbers, and inventory information into the M1 computer system and other internal databases.
