Warehouse Worker
1st Shift: 10am-6:30pm

Job Description
The Warehouse Worker supports the shipping and CNC departments by assembling orders, performing basic assembly with hand tools, and accurately processing shipments. This role involves frequent use of a computer to enter orders and verify part numbers, as well as picking, packing, and preparing items for UPS and FedEx shipments. The position is physically active, requiring continuous movement and standing throughout the shift while maintaining high levels of accuracy and productivity.
Responsibilities
Assemble customer orders accurately using basic hand tools and follow established procedures.
Pick and pack products for shipment, ensuring correct quantities, part numbers, and packaging standards.
Use a computer to enter orders, verify and check part numbers, and update shipping information.
Prepare shipments for carriers such as UPS and FedEx, including labeling and documentation.
Support the shipping and CNC departments by organizing, staging, and moving materials as needed.
Perform basic inventory-related tasks such as counting, locating, and organizing stock in the shipping area.
Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area in the warehouse and shipping departments.
Lift, move, and carry materials up to 30 lbs throughout the shift while working on your feet.
Collaborate with the shipping team to meet daily production and shipping deadlines.
Follow all company safety guidelines, including the use of required personal protective equipment such as steel-toe footwear.
Essential Skills
At least 1 year of experience in shipping and packing.
Basic computer skills, including the ability to enter data and look up information.
Experience working in a shipping, production, assembly, or warehouse environment.
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs safely and repeatedly during the shift.
Ability to stand, walk, and move continuously throughout the workday.
High School Diploma (HSD) or GED.
Attention to detail when checking part numbers, quantities, and shipping information.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a busy shipping environment.
