Accounting Supervisor
Our client is a manufacture headquartered in Columbus, Ohio. We are currently seeking an Accounting Supervisor who will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, performing account reconciliations, and supporting month-end close activities.
Salary: $90,000 to $105,000, DOE. This is an in-office position.
Key Duties:
- Compiles and analyzes account information to create balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports.
- Support external audit by preparing schedules and responding to auditor inquiries.
- Prepares and reviews journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations for month-end and year-end close.
- Reports on the company's financial health, providing accurate quantitative information.
- Ensures accuracy, completeness, and compliance with financial regulations and internal accounting policies.
Requirements:
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree is required
- Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience required
- Must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must have a cheerful outlook, excellent people skills, and demonstrate professionalism
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office
- Must have strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and adhere to strict deadlines
Salary: $90,000 to $105,000, DOE. This is an in-office position.
