Key Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable/Billing Specialist

  Execute monthly health and pension plan billing for multiple entities with up to 300 participants

  Manage accounts receivable from invoicing to deposits, ensuring accurate reconciliation

  Serve as the first point of contact for local billing inquiries, account changes, and research requests

  Lead daily bank deposits and monitor returned transactions in collaboration with finance teams

Must-Have Skills/Experience
