Are you an experienced AP Manager ready to lead a high-performing accounts payable team? This growing organization in Tampa is seeking a skilled AP Manager to oversee the full AP cycle, drive process improvements, and ensure compliance across all payables operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the accounts payable department, including supervising AP specialists.


• Oversee invoice processing, vendor management, and payment approvals.


• Implement best practices and streamline workflows for efficiency.


• Collaborate with finance leadership to support month-end close and reporting.


• Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of accounts payable experience, including 2+ years as an AP Manager or in a leadership role.


• Strong understanding of AP systems, ERP platforms, and accounting principles.


• Excellent organizational and communication skills.


• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
