Key Responsibilities



  • Oversee all accounting operations, including month-end close, financial reporting, and general ledger activity

  • Lead, mentor, and develop accounting staff while ensuring accuracy and timeliness of deliverables

  • Partner with executive leadership on budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial planning

  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and maintain strong internal controls; oversee audits and process improvements

  • Support multi-location operations and provide actionable financial insights to drive business decisions




Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

  • 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership responsibilities

  • Proven ability to manage, mentor, and develop high-performing teams

  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting best practices
