Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all accounting operations, including month‑end close, financial reporting, and general ledger activity
- Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team while ensuring accuracy and timely deliverables
- Partner with executive leadership on budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial strategy
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and oversee internal controls, audits, and process improvements
- Support multi‑location operations and provide financial insights to support business decisions
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership responsibilities
- Strong people leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams
