Salary: $125,000 – $140,000 + Bonus Potential

Key Responsibilities



  • Oversee all accounting operations, including month‑end close, financial reporting, and general ledger activity

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team while ensuring accuracy and timely deliverables

  • Partner with executive leadership on budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial strategy

  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and oversee internal controls, audits, and process improvements

  • Support multi‑location operations and provide financial insights to support business decisions




Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

  • Minimum of 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership responsibilities

  • Strong people leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams
