Our client is seeking an Accounting Coordinator to manage daily accounting operations and provide office support for a growing organization. This role combines core accounting responsibilities with administrative tasks and requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities of the Accounting Coordinator



  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoice processing and vendor payments

  • Process customer invoicing, cash applications, and assist with reconciliations

  • Support month-end close activities and maintain accurate financial records

  • Handle office administration tasks such as ordering supplies, managing mail, and processing employee timesheets and expense reports

  • Provide customer service support for billing inquiries and account status


Qualifications of the Accounting Coordinator



  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

  • 3–5 years of experience in accounting and office administration

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software and strong Excel skills

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
