Core Responsibilities

• Oversight of health, dental, vision, disability, retirement, and wellness programs
• Vendor management, plan evaluation, renewals, and cost‑optimization strategies
• Compliance across ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, and other regulatory requirements
• Employee education, communication, and support to ensure a positive benefits experience
• Data‑driven analysis to guide plan design, budgeting, and long‑term benefits planning
• Collaboration with HR leadership on total rewards, compensation alignment, and workforce planning


What You Bring

• Strong background in benefits administration or benefits management within a mid‑sized or large organization
• Deep understanding of compliance, plan design, and vendor relationships
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations
• Excellent communication skills and a service‑oriented approach
• A proactive, solutions‑focused style and the confidence to lead improvements
