Compensation: $60,000–$65,000

This is a hands‑on Accounts Receivable role with strong visibility. The company is growing and looking for someone who can take ownership of A/R processes and develop into expanded responsibilities over time.
Accounts Receivable Duties:
Accounts Receivable Duties:
- Own daily cash application, ensuring payments are applied quickly and accurately
- Manage collections and resolve customer payment discrepancies
- Handle month‑end billing across multiple sites, including fixed and variable charges
- Review billing details to identify and correct errors before invoices go out
- Support audits, revenue analysis, and cash reporting
- Build strong customer relationships where accuracy directly impacts payment timing
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–5 years of Accounts Receivable and billing experience
- Heavy Excel usage and strong attention to detail
- Comfortable communicating with customers to resolve issues
- Trainable, curious, and willing to learn
- Degree preferred but not required
