Key Responsibilities:
- Apply customer payments accurately and reconcile customer accounts.
- Prepare and distribute customer invoices in a timely manner.
- Research and resolve payment discrepancies and variances.
- Assist with aging reports and collections follow‑up.
- Support month‑end AR close and reporting activities.
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or cash applications.
- Strong customer service, follow‑up, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and comfort working with accounting systems.
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
