Key Responsibilities for the Accounts Receivable Specialist:
• Manage customer collections, including past-due outreach, follow-ups, and payment commitments
• Monitor accounts receivable balances and prepare monthly aging trend analyses
• Process customer refunds for overpayments and returns
• Review, code, and post daily cash receipts and prepare bank deposits
• Coordinate accounts receivable activities related to year-end financial statement audits
• Provide backup support to accounts payable as needed

Qualifications for the Accounts Receivable Specialist:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; accounting or business coursework preferred
• 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable or accounting
• Business-to-business collections experience strongly preferred
• Healthcare or medical industry experience a plus
• Proficiency with ERP systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office
