Position Summary for the Accounts Receivables Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivables Specialist to support daily financial and customer-related processes. This Accounts Receivables Specialist will be a hands-on collaborator working closely with project coordination, customer service, and accounting partners to ensure timely billing, accurate records, and responsive customer communication.

Key Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivables Specialist

• Manage orders from entry through completion using CRM and QuickBooks systems


• Oversee accounts receivable activities including invoicing, order closeout, and collections follow-up


• Serve as a primary point of contact for incoming customer calls, ensuring accurate and timely information capture


• Collaborate closely with Project Coordinators to support order flow and customer expectations


• Maintain organized and compliant accounting, financial, and digital records in coordination with external CPA support


• Communicate with customers using modern technology while demonstrating empathy, responsiveness, and urgency


• Support general administrative and accounting-related tasks as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications for the Accounts Receivables Specialist

• Prior experience in accounts receivable, billing, or customer-facing accounting support


• Working knowledge of QuickBooks and CRM platforms


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused mindset


• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail


• Comfortable working cross-functionally in a hands-on, collaborative environment
