Accounts Receivable Manager
Location: Tigard, OR (Hybrid)
Salary: $85,000–$95,000 DOE
Position Overview
Reporting to the Assistant Controller, this role leads the AR team and oversees all AR activities, driving accurate reporting, strong controls, and cross‑functional collaboration to optimize cash flow.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily AR operations, including invoicing, cash application, adjustments, and collections oversight
- Own AR month‑end close, reconciliations, revenue accuracy, and leadership reporting
- Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, internal controls, and audit requirements
- Identify and resolve discrepancies impacting revenue, cash flow, or AR balances
- Lead, coach, and develop a team, fostering a high‑performing, accountable culture
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of accounting experience with AR and team leadership
- Strong U.S. GAAP knowledge and advanced Excel skills
- Industry experience in title insurance is a plus
