Salary: $130,000–$150,000 + bonus

FP&A Manager Key Responsibilities:
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling across multiple business areas
• Analyze financial results and KPIs, delivering insights to support strategic decisions
• Partner with business leaders to identify revenue opportunities and cost efficiencies
• Oversee and mentor a small team, providing guidance and development support
• Build and enhance reporting tools and dashboards using systems like Adaptive and Power BI

FP&A Manager Qualifications:
• 5–7+ years of FP&A experience including budgeting, forecasting, and modeling
• Prior experience managing or mentoring a team
• Strong systems experience including Workday Adaptive Planning, Power BI, and advanced Excel
• Proven ability to improve processes and build scalable financial reporting
• Personable, collaborative communication style with ability to engage cross-functional teams

Location: Attleboro, MA (3 days in office)
