Key Responsibilities for the Accounts Payable Manager



  • Lead and mentor the Corporate AP team by providing training, guidance, and performance oversight as the Accounts Payable Manager.

  • Oversee invoice processing, coding accuracy, tax review, approvals, and weekly payment cycles.

  • Manage vendor setup, compliance documentation, ACH/wire enrollments, and ongoing vendor relationships.

  • Reconcile AP ledger accounts, review aging reports, and resolve discrepancies promptly.

  • Support the month‑end close, audit requests, and documentation of AP policies and procedures as the Accounts Payable Manager.


Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Manager



  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • Experience supervising an AP team in a high‑volume environment.

  • Strong proficiency with AP systems and Excel, with demonstrated process‑improvement capability.
