What You’ll Do

• Ensure financial reports are accurate and GAAP-compliant


• Handle compensation accounting—including payroll, benefits, and tax-related accruals


• Prepare and reconcile general ledger accounts


• Lead the month-end close process


• Support SOX compliance and maintain strong internal controls


• Collaborate on strategic projects and work closely with internal teams and external auditors

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field


• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience


• Strong background in payroll, benefits, and fixed asset accounting is a big plus


• Experience in the manufacturing industry is highly preferred


• Familiarity with large ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or JD Edwards


• A proactive mindset with strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
