Salary: Up to $145K + 15% bonus

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  

  Lead and mentor a global cost accounting team

  
  


• 
  

  Develop and maintain cost standards for materials, labor, and overhead

  
  


• 
  

  Oversee journal entries, reconciliations, inventory valuation, and internal controls

  
  


• 
  

  Analyze manufacturing variances and recommend corrective actions

  
  


• 
  

  Drive process improvements, automation, and system enhancements

  
  


• 
  

  Partner with Operations, FP&A, and Commercial Finance on strategic initiatives

  
  

Requirements:

• 
  

  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CMA preferred

  
  


• 
  

  7+ years in cost accounting or manufacturing finance, including 3+ years in a leadership role

  
  


• 
  

  Strong GAAP knowledge and ERP experience (Oracle preferred)

  
  


• 
  

  Advanced Excel skills
