Senior Accountant – Integrations Focus
Location: Madison, CT (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
Compensation: $110K+ + Bonus (based on experience)

Position Overview
This is not your typical Senior Accountant role. This position sits at the intersection of accounting, systems, and strategy, playing a key role in integrating acquired businesses into the company’s financial infrastructure.
You’ll partner with teams across the organization to evaluate current processes, support ERP migrations, and help ensure a smooth, scalable integration. It’s an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys digging into how things work, improving them, and making a measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities of the Sr. Accountant:
- Lead and participate in pre-integration discovery, including meetings with acquired company stakeholders to understand existing accounting processes
- Perform gap analysis to identify differences in accounting policies, systems, and workflows
- Support the development of integration timelines, playbooks, and training materials
- Assist with ERP data migration and validation, ensuring accuracy across systems
- Partner with the Integrations Resource Team and cross-functional departments to execute integration plans
- Help deliver training sessions to accounting, billing, and operational teams post-integration
- Identify and document opportunities for process improvement and standardization across the accounting function
- Support both automated and manual processes as needed to ensure successful integrations
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- 5–7+ years of General Ledger accounting experience
- Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact across all levels of the organization
- Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving environment
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with ERP implementations or system migrations
- Exposure to M&A or integration-related work
- Background in Internal Audit or process-driven environments
