Position Overview

This is not your typical Senior Accountant role. This position sits at the intersection of accounting, systems, and strategy, playing a key role in integrating acquired businesses into the company’s financial infrastructure.

You’ll partner with teams across the organization to evaluate current processes, support ERP migrations, and help ensure a smooth, scalable integration. It’s an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys digging into how things work, improving them, and making a measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities of the Sr. Accountant:

  • Lead and participate in pre-integration discovery, including meetings with acquired company stakeholders to understand existing accounting processes

  • Perform gap analysis to identify differences in accounting policies, systems, and workflows

  • Support the development of integration timelines, playbooks, and training materials

  • Assist with ERP data migration and validation, ensuring accuracy across systems

  • Partner with the Integrations Resource Team and cross-functional departments to execute integration plans

  • Help deliver training sessions to accounting, billing, and operational teams post-integration

  • Identify and document opportunities for process improvement and standardization across the accounting function

  • Support both automated and manual processes as needed to ensure successful integrations

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field

  • 5–7+ years of General Ledger accounting experience

  • Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact across all levels of the organization

  • Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving environment

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience with ERP implementations or system migrations

  • Exposure to M&A or integration-related work

  • Background in Internal Audit or process-driven environments

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Naturally curious—wants to understand the “why” behind processes

  • Enjoys working across teams and influencing change

  • Thrives in environments where no two days look the same

  • Excited by the opportunity to build, improve, and scale
