Responsibilities of the Controller
• Manage and mentor a team of six
• Oversee financial statement preparation and the annual audit
• Lead the annual budgeting process and support strategic planning
• Prepare property tax filings and ensure compliance
• Own the month‑end close process and deliver accurate reporting
• Collaborate closely with the CFO on financial initiatives and performance
Experience Preferred for the Controller Role
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• Minimum of 5+ years of manufacturing accounting experience
• Cost accounting experience preferred
• Strong leadership and team‑management skills
• Ability to operate hands‑on in a dynamic, production‑focused environment
Salary: $140,000 to $160,000
