Salary: $110,000 – $120,000 + Bonus

Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial modeling and analysis supporting budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives
- Provide financial support for pricing, bids, and RFPs
- Analyze business performance and deliver insights to leadership
- Assist with annual budgeting and forecasting processes
- Build and maintain financial models, dashboards, and management reporting
- Present financial results and recommendations to senior leadership
- Perform ad hoc analysis related to growth initiatives and operational performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 5–10 years of experience in FP&A, finance, or corporate finance
- Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
- ERP experience and familiarity with Power BI is a plus

- Hybrid schedule: onsite Monday–Thursday, remote Fridays
- Fast‑paced setting with flexibility required during budgeting cycles and time‑sensitive projects
