They are seeking a Senior Accountant to join their collaborative, tight‑knit accounting team. The Senior Accountant will play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy, supporting state and provider billing, and partnering with program leaders across the organization. This role is based in Quincy, MA.

Job Responsibilities
As the Senior Accountant, you will:
- Lead and complete the month‑end close process
- Manage state and provider billing (MassHealth, DDS, state contracts)
- Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Support contract renewals, amendments, and compliance tracking
- Assist with audit preparation and collaborate across finance and program teams
Qualifications
- 3–7 years of accounting experience
- Nonprofit accounting experience preferred
- Strong month‑end close, billing, and reconciliation skills
- Understanding of state contracts, renewals, and amendments
- Detail‑oriented communicator who enjoys teamwork
Salary Range
$110,000 – $125,000, based on experience
