Key Responsibilities for the Controller:
• Lead the full accounting cycle, including close, reporting, and reconciliations
• Oversee WIP, job costing, and project-based financial reporting
• Manage AP, AR, and payroll functions with a focus on accuracy and compliance
• Drive accounting system improvements and support ERP integrations

Qualifications for the Controller:
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Construction or project-based accounting background with WIP experience
• Strong ERP and systems expertise, including integration work
