Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly financial reporting for leadership
- Analyze financial results, variances, and key performance indicators
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes
- Provide customer and product profitability analysis
- Assist with royalty reporting and related financial calculations
- Partner with Sales on pricing and customer-specific analysis
- Deliver ad-hoc financial analysis to support business decisions
- Contribute to ongoing reporting and process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 4+ years of financial analysis experience
- Strong understanding of cost accounting concepts
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with SAP or similar ERP systems preferred
- Strong business acumen and cross-functional collaboration skills
